Exhibiting

Be visible to the autism community who are looking for the products and services you offer.

The shows provide you with the perfect opportunity to connect with the individuals and families living with autism and the professionals that support them a both a national and local level.

The Cardiff Show in September is a ‘shell scheme’ show and the largest in terms of number of exhibitors and visitors. In both 2017 and 2018 it attracted over 1400 Visitors attending to get information and advice from over 50 exhibitor stands and 7 seminars that were held throughout the day.

Also available for the first time in Cardiff is the opportunity to book one of the private boxes overlooking the pitch to hold one-to-one clinics. With these boxes you can choose to offer clinics free or for a fee and we can help you promote the clinics to those registering to attend the show.

How to Book a Stand.

  1. Take a look at the floor plans for the Shows and decide on which available stand(s) you would like to take. Then you can reserve them online using the interactive floor plan to book and pay for the stand you want (or we can send an invoice). This reserves the stand you choose straight away.  If you are booking for more than one show then we will adjust the invoice manually with the appropriate discount and send that to you. Please note, you also need to complete the Booking Form as we need further information from you to confirm the booking.
  2. Please then complete the booking form which is on the same page as the floor plan. If you haven’t reserved your stand online we will manually add your booking to the floor plan for you.  This won’t reserve the stand you want straight away as we will need to update the floor plan manually,  which we will do at the first opportunity we have after receiving your booking form.
